We may process account information, uploaded bill files, extracted OCR text, bill metadata, AI analysis results, billing status, usage events, support messages, analytics events, and cookie or session information.

Uploaded bills may contain sensitive information. Bills Insights is designed to store bill files privately and to avoid showing raw OCR text in normal user interface flows.

Bills Insights uses OCR extraction and AI processing to read bills, summarize charges, detect suspicious items, explain bill details, and support bill-scoped chat. AI outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified.

Stripe may process billing and subscription information. Bills Insights may use authentication cookies, analytics cookies, preference cookies, session tracking, and billing/session cookies to operate and improve the service.

Bills Insights is intended to operate internationally where legally permitted. Information may be processed in countries different from the country where a user lives. Users are responsible for complying with their own local laws and regulations.

Users may request access to data, deletion of data, account deletion, correction where available, or consent withdrawal. Bills Insights will use reasonable processes to review and respond to requests. We do not promise perfect security.
