Contact Us

Email us at support@billinsight.ca for anything: a bill that did not analyze correctly, a billing question, a bug, or feedback. Include the email address on your BillInsight account so we can find it quickly.

We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Common Questions

My bill did not analyze. Open the bill and use Retry analysis. Clear photos and original PDFs extract best; screenshots of screens are harder to read.

What can I upload? PDF, PNG, and JPG bill files. Guest trial uploads expire after 24 hours; bills saved to a free account are kept.

How do subscriptions work? Paid plans unlock higher AI usage. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe; iOS in-app purchases are billed by Apple and managed in your App Store account settings.

How do I delete my account? In the iOS app: Account, then Delete account. On the website: account settings. Deletion removes your bills and data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
